The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice are truly “thick as thieves.”

On Tuesday, the parents-of-four agreed to plead guilty in their fraud case, and now they’re looking at jail time.

Harvey Levin from TMZ phoned in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest and revealed, “I think they’re going to prison. I mean they committed some pretty shocking fraud. They were charged with 41 counts,” like faking W2′s and mortgage statements.

Harvey goes on to say that he believes Teresa will serve two years, while Joe could spend four years behind bars. “They plead guilty because it was a plea bargain and they had 41 counts, so they plead to a lesser number of counts … if you’re facing 20 years, two is not a bad outcome.”

And all the drama will be caught on tape before they potentially serve their sentences. “They’re going to shoot them for Season 6 [of Real Housewives of New Jersey] before they start serving their sentence.”
