Making the new Neon Trees album was so therapeutic for singer Tyler Glenn, the process helped inspired its title, Pop Psychology.

“I had built up a lot of demons and anxiety and frustration over the years just touring and being in the band,” he tells On Air with Ryan Seacrest. “And being able to write and record this record was a real release. I think this is us firing on all cylinders.”

And fans seem to agree!

Pop Psychology is out now and available on iTunes here!
