Harvey Levin from TMZ phoned in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest to give us an update on Justin Bieber, who turns 20-years-old tomorrow.

The singer has had more down’s than up’s recently and is on the cover of Rolling Stone this month, with the headline reading “Bad Boy.”

“Rolling Stone makes senses to me,” Harvey admits. “Rolling Stone is not a music magazine, it’s pop culture … it makes sense to put him on the cover. Who his age is as famous as he is worldwide?”

Although Harvey has a point, the Biebs is becoming more infamous than famous these days.

Justin was arrested last month in Miami for driving under the influence, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest without violence.

This week, about 10 hours of jail video has been released and Harvey shares “there was no reason to not release the video” as they “couldn’t keep it private.”

And if you watch the video, Harvey points out, “there’s one little part – it’s 28 seconds – he does 23 and a half push ups in 28 seconds … we are thinking, ‘Why is Justin Bieber doing push ups in his jail cell?’”

Harvey also brings up when Justin rolled his orange jumpsuit sleeves up during his arraignment … why did he do it? To looked rip, Harvey believes!
